John Freels, Director

33 Years Experience

With years of experience in pharmacy design, pharmacy casework manufacturing, and system wide implementation; John brings a high quality approach to the unique needs and challenges of pharmacy and lab design and fulfillment. John studied Architectural Design at Mississippi State University. He also has degrees in Architectural Design Technology and Computer Aided Architectural Design. John has been a member of the American Institute of Building Design since 1995.  In 1991, John worked alongside Dr. Ken Barker and William Reeves to develop a new automated pharmacy of the future.  The concept resulted in the development of many of the pharmacy automated systems used still today.  His work during this project was the driving force behind the passion he has today to help pharmacists develop the best work task environments possible, that results in better patient care. John is also a veteran, he served in the US Army for 4 years active and 6 years in the Army Reserves. When its time to take off from work, John and his wife Kelli enjoy Mississippi State Athletics and spending time with their three “fur babies” Nellie, Rocky and Savvy. They also enjoy fishing in Coastal Mississippi.

Mollie Cardwell, Sales/Project Manager

Mollie Blissard Cardwell has been designing labs and pharmacies since 2005. With an Interior Design degree from Mississippi State University, she brings to the table experience and passion for integrating a more efficient, compliant space using the industry leading MPS casework and clean rooms.  She listens to the end users and evaluates their work flow to develop the most ergonomic, efficient spaces.  Mollie has successfully completed hundreds of pharmacy & lab projects. She works with staff from the initial initial design stages, through project management and completion ensuring satisfactory casework or clean room installation. In her personal time; Mollie, her husband; and two sons enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and can usually be found at a sporting event watching her sons or her favorite teams.

Kelli Freels, CAD Specialist

Working alongside the sales & design team of Modular Pharmacy Solutions, Kelli specializes in various types of computer technology and is responsible for creating all MPS drawings that enables them to communicate with their clients and customers. Kelli is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Kelli is inspired daily by her husband John and their three fur-babies. In her free time, Kelli likes to travel and fish, and visit Fiona, the famous miracle hippo that was born six weeks premature in 2017 at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

Jordan Lowe, Project Manager

With his experience within the pharmacy design and outfitting market, Jordan currently handles sales, design and project management tasks at MPS. Jordan has worked in all forms of pharmacy spaces including DOD, commercial, private, educational, manufacturing, cleanrooms and more. He has designed and facilitated the completion of 200+ pharmacy and cleanroom spaces. Jordan completed a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing at Longwood University.  Jordan lives in Austin, TX with his wife and 2 kids where they spend most weekends outdoors or at the baseball field.
